Production Leadtime

Once artwork is approved, production time is approx 10-15 business days plus shipping.

If your order is urgent? Please contact us as we do our best to tailor to your deadline. We offer expedited ordering services to meet your time constraints.

Shipping

Delivery costs are quoted upon approval as it varies on quantity and location. We will ALWAYS choose the most economical way to send your order. Contact us with the quantity and delivery address, if you would like a shipping quote prior to submitting your logo or design.

Returns 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

If the product is incorrect or damaged then the products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase. Returns must also comply with the terms and condition agreed when artwork is approved as all our products are custom made. 

A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please ensure;

• The product was purchased in the last 7 days
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product isn't used or damaged
