Ordering

How do I design my own custom scrunchie or headband?

We offer an easy online ordering process, simply;

  1. Select your product
  2. Enter your quantity
  3. Choose your base colour 
  4. Request your delivery date
  5. Add any text OR upload your logo/ design 

Click Request Design Proof. That's it!

If you prefer to order via email or offline, contact us with a suitable time to arrange a phone call to discuss your requirement.  

We care about meeting your needs and deadlines!

What happens after I order?

We'll email you a FREE artwork proof for your approval. If the design isn't exactly what you want, we'll collaborate with you until it's perfect, all before you pay! Only when you are 100% happy and approve the artwork, is payment required (prior to production). 

I don’t have a design, can you help?

To ensure a smooth design process, please share any additional information during checkout or via email. This will help us better grasp your design vision. If your organisation has brand guidelines, a consistent design, marketing materials, or Pantone codes, kindly send them our way.

What is the logo/artwork requirement for custom print items?

Uploading or emailing us a vector graphic file (Ai, EPS, Svg) is preferred as they are ready to be printed. Jpegs files may be used however there may be additional work required to make them print ready which could slow down production of your hair scrunchie or hairband. If you’re unable to find this file format, try sourcing them from your graphic designer or marketing team, they will have access to these files and should be able to provide them to you. If you’re unsure please or would perfer to email us your logo/design email us at info@hairtiedesign.com.au! ***Please note, by placing an order with Hair Tie Design, you are responsible and confirm that the correct licensing is held to reproduce the logo and/or artwork on your order.***

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order for our hair accessories varies by product. We pride ourselves on keeping our minimum order requirements LOW, as we understand the unrealistic MOQ many have on custom made products. Our wholesale prices are also kept LOW, often our custom printed hair accessories are priced lower than unbranded hair accessories that you'll find in store!

Do you wholesale or bulk discount?

Yes, our wholesale prices are kept low, ideal for bulk purchases while still maintaining low MOQ. The more you buy the more you SAVE!

Production Time & Shipping

How long is production?

Once artwork is approved, production time is approx 10-15 business days plus shipping.

If your order is urgent? Please email us as we do our best to tailor to your deadline. We offer expedited ordering services to meet your time constraints.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs are quoted upon approval as it varies on quantity and location. We will ALWAYS choose the most economical way to send your order. Email us with the quantity and delivery address, if you would like a shipping quote prior to submitting your logo or design.

Do you offer samples?

Unfortantely we are unable to offer a custom sample of your design, however we can send you a sample of other custom products, which includes a selection of designs. This is complimentary, plus shipping $5.95,contact us to arrange a sample.

Can I order solid coloured hair accessories?

Yes! While we specialise in custom branded hair scrunchies and headbands, if you are interested in solid coloured hair accessories with low MOQ and wholesale prices, we can definitely assist you, please contact us.  

Do you offer custom branding packaging?

Custom packaging tailored to your brand needs and personalised with your logo, is available for bulk quantities, enquire with us today.

Returns

Can I return or exchange?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

If the product is incorrect or damaged then the products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase. Returns must also comply with the terms and condition agreed when artwork is approved as all our products are custom made. 

A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please ensure;

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn't used or damaged
